We recently had the chance to talk to Richard Ptak, a systems product management analyst who works closely with Fortune 50 companies at Ptak, Noel & Associates – an analyst firm focused on converging IT trends and how best to leverage them. We had a long discussion about the “mixed bag” cloud computing presents to the enterprise and why emerging cloud solutions are providing companies with cost-effective ways to free their services. He was particularly interested in what we do at Sonoa, with a particular focus on how our solution mitigates challenges around implementation, governance, performance, security and compliance.
