Hi, I’m Chet Kapoor and my life today is all about cloud computing and how it is transforming enterprise computing. Whether at NeXT, BEA or Gluecode, my previous experiences have always aligned with my interest of innovations that simplify enterprise computing. The cloud approach from Web 2.0 to SaaS to the iPhone phenomena – is already transforming IT and it is only going to accelerate. Today, I am the CEO of Sonoa Systems, which provides analytics, management and governance solutions for Cloud services and APIs.
In the convergence of enterprise and cloud computing there are consumer (cost reduction) and providers (new channel). I spend a significant portion of my time talking to and solving customers’ problems in this space. I will use this blog to capture thoughts and observations from these conversations.
